Brasa Martínez is the fourth Manila restaurant under Spanish chef Luis Martínez's name, after Terraza, La Tapería and Sala, and it opened in July 2026 at Joya Lofts and Towers in Rockwell. Brasa is Spanish for hot coals, and almost the whole menu is cooked on a two-metre charcoal grill built for the kitchen. Do not come for croquetas. Expect an octopus gilda, squid stuffed with caramelised onion in shrimp velouté, whole grilled fish and Iberico pork, with a wine room upstairs. The two-level room has mid-century chairs and a wicker bull on the wall.
