The Greenbelt 5 branch of Lusso, the European room founded by the late chef Margarita Forés, who trained in Italy and France. The menu keeps her classics: foie gras brûlée, her spinach taglierini and a crunchy tiramisu. The dining room is compact, under a chandelier, with staff in black and white, and the terrace looks onto the Greenbelt garden. This is the branch the Michelin Guide selected; there are other Lusso rooms in Rockwell and at The Podium.
