Oolah is a cafe, art gallery and shop on the lower ground floor of Cityland III in Legazpi Village, bright and full of contemporary art. Owner Sam Cruz, a coffee brewer and art collector, travels to Japan to buy the matcha and hojicha himself, so the tea on the menu changes with what he brings back, and you can pay to upgrade to a premium matcha. Every drink is whisked to order. The matcha list is split into fruity, sweet and nutty, there is usucha, and it is one of the few places in the city serving playful matcha drinks without milk.
