Pilya's Kitchen is Stall 11 at The Grid Food Market in Power Plant Mall, where chef Kriza Palmero pulls biang biang noodles by hand. She learned them as sous chef at Very Fresh Noodles in New York's Chelsea Market and started Pilya's as a home business during the pandemic quarantine. The noodles are wide, chewy ribbons, and the short menu adds Chinese favourites like crisp pork and shrimp dumplings and smashed cucumbers. It is a counter in a food hall, so seating is shared.
