Project Vino Reserve is the Rockwell wine room of Project Vino, the group that grew from a pandemic wine delivery business into bars in Poblacion and Alabang. It sits on the ground floor of the Proscenium Retail Row, a short walk from the theatre doors, with a glass-walled, temperature-controlled wine room and a mezzanine of shelves above the bar. The kitchen serves a continental menu all day, and from 10pm there is a late-night list of oysters, flatbreads, cheese and charcuterie boards and desserts, which makes it one of the few places nearby that still feeds you properly after a show.
Why go
- 01A glass-walled wine room steps from the theatre
- 02A late-night menu from 10pm, for after the curtain call
- 03Oysters, cheese boards and a red wine affogato with your glass
