Kariton x Sabi Sounds is a listening cafe and record bar at Tiffany Place in Salcedo Village, open since mid 2026. It pairs Kariton, the Melbourne-born Filipino gelato brand that Erwan Heussaff brought to Manila, with Sabi Sounds, a Melbourne cafe and listening lounge from the team behind Bar Selecta. Records line the wall behind the bar, and DJs take the decks on weekend nights. Daytime is coffee and gelato, with flavours such as turon, champorado and hojicha. Evenings bring small plates such as the anchovy cracker and ebi toast, and a drinks list by Kia Opeda that opens with a martini flight. Walk in; it closes at 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 1:30am on Friday and Saturday.
