Sarsa Kitchen + Bar is chef JP Anglo's Filipino restaurant on Rada Street in Legazpi Village, built around the flavours of Negros, where he was born. The room has marbled tiles, rattan lamps, plain wooden tables and a lot of plants, and it is packed at lunch. Portions are made for sharing: kinilaw, lechon manok, crispy isol, then turon a la mode.
