Sebastian's is the Antonio's Group's first full-service restaurant in Makati, opened in September 2026 on the ground floor of Edades Tower in Rockwell, across from the Power Plant Mall entrance. It is named after Basti Escalante, son of Antonio's founder Tony Boy Escalante, who runs it. Mornings, from 7am to noon, bring the Breakfast at Antonio's menu, crab eggs Benedict included. Lunch and dinner turn to bistro cooking: escargot, French oysters, Antonio's steak tartare and a wagyu steak frites that has become the early favourite. On weekends a roast beef cart goes round the room.
