Tandem is a small contemporary restaurant in Legazpi Village run by husband and wife chefs Alex and Mikee Tan, open since 2023. For the first three weeks of each month they cook a themed tasting menu, and in the last week they switch to à la carte, with a brunch on the last Sunday. The cooking is plant forward and built around a zero waste approach, served in a room of warm wood with an open kitchen and about 20 seats.

Why go

  • 01A themed tasting menu that changes, at ₱5,900, which is low for a Michelin listed tasting room
  • 02Husband and wife chefs cooking in an open kitchen with about 20 seats
  • 03Zero waste cooking that leans on vegetables and local produce
  • 04In the last week of the month you can eat à la carte instead of the full menu
