Taquería Franco is Miko Calo's casual room in Salcedo Village, open since 2023 and a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Philippines. The tacos come on buckwheat tortillas, closer to a French galette than to Mexico, and the menu follows: foie gras, steak frites and lamb bourguignon birria next to the classics. Cocktails are by David Ong of The Curator and Oto, with Cedric Mendoza. The entrance is easy to miss: walk round to the back of LPL Center, on San Agustin Street. Monday profits from the Meowgarita go to Cats of Salcedo. Pets are welcome and there is a resident cat. Plates ran ₱400 to ₱550 in February 2026. Go for a weekday lunch or an early dinner.
