The Curator

Two rooms in one address. From seven in the morning until five it is one of the more serious coffee programmes in the city, a twenty-seat counter with no street signage that rewards arriving before the Legazpi lunch crowd. From half past six it becomes a cocktail bar that has held a place on Asia's 50 Best Bars for several years running. For working, take the morning: it is small, it is quiet, and the coffee is the point rather than the backdrop.
