The Penthouse is an Art Deco rooftop restaurant and lounge on top of the Lepanto Building on Paseo de Roxas, open since 2016, with green velvet booths, gold screens and a terrace that looks down on Ayala Triangle Gardens and the Makati skyline. The kitchen does a full dinner menu, from small plates such as crab cakes and torched wagyu with foie gras to a 450g rib-eye. Music runs loud later in the night, so it suits a birthday group better than a quiet date.
