Your Local opened on Esteban Street in 2014, when chefs Nicco Santos and Denny Antonino turned a small telecoms office into an Asian bistro with white tiled walls, an open kitchen and a counter you can eat at. Santos has since moved on to Celera, and Patrick Go has run the kitchen since 2022, changing dishes often and cooking with visiting chefs. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand in the first Philippine edition, for 2026. Order the torched salmon donburi, the beef lechon toast and the lamb pares, then the choco na gatas. Weekend service starts at 10am. The kitchen closes between 2pm and 6pm, and the room fills on weeknights, so call ahead.
