Dance Floor is the fastest selling zone and Premium and Beergarden are only sold for the Friday and Saturday nights. Tables are assigned by the organisers and smaller groups may be seated with others, so book as one party if you want to sit together. Dress code is smart casual or Bavarian, and Solaire sells dirndls and lederhosen at The Shoppes lobby during event week.
About this event
Manila's largest Oktoberfest fills the Solaire Grand Ballroom for three nights, with original Hofbrau beer shipped from Munich and a Bavarian menu built by Solaire's food and beverage team. The Bavarian Sound Express, an eleven piece band, flies in from Germany to play all three evenings from eight o'clock. Expect long communal tables, the ceremonial tapping of the first keg, and a room that stands on its benches by the second hour. It has run since 1934 and is the rare Manila event where dressing up is genuinely part of the point.
