The Manila Hotel's fine dining room marks Father's Day with a European set menu running across the June 19 to 21 weekend for both lunch and dinner. Courses move from a fresh Norwegian salmon tartare or parmesan panna cotta with Parma ham through to roast US beef tenderloin or miso-marinated gindara, finishing with a caramel hazelnut praline torte or French artisan cheeses. Each guest gets a glass of sparkling wine and a limited-edition hotel tumbler.
