About this event

Noodle Lab returns to The Grid with Itamessy, a three-way pop-up with Restaurant Delina and The Underbelly built around itameshi, Japan's homegrown take on Italian cooking. Expect fresh tagliatelle in truffled miso with parmesan and seared mushrooms, and whipped house-made ricotta over fried fresh pasta with wasabi honey and furikake. Three of the city's most interesting kitchens on one counter, through the end of August.
