SOUK's Independence Day edition puts ube front and center at the TriNoma Activity Center, with ube lattes, ube coffee, ube matcha, and ube hopia from local makers. Beyond the purple yam, the market gathers handmade accessories, local fashion, fresh flowers, and small Filipino brands. It pairs well with the long Independence Day weekend up north of the city.
