Loop is a small, calm cafe on San Rafael Street known first for matcha. Owner Luis Padilla says it was never meant to be a matcha place; people assumed it from the green room, and the cafe leaned into it. The Sea Salt Matcha uses asin tibuok, a rare artisanal salt from Bohol. The room is easy to focus in, with plenty of power sockets and an upper floor often used for meetings. On weekend mornings it fills with runners and cyclists cooling down after a loop.
