Summer Palace is the Cantonese restaurant on the second floor of the Tower Wing at Edsa Shangri-La, open since 1992. The kitchen is Cantonese at heart and also draws on Sichuan and Beijing cooking, with dumplings made by a dim sum master and a long list of lobster, abalone and roast meats. The dining room is panelled in wood and hung with lantern style pendants, with round tables for sharing.
