Warung Kapitolyo cooks Indonesian food in a spacious 1960s bungalow with Balinese touches on a quiet stretch of East Capitol Drive. It began as a stall at the Legaspi Sunday Market, run by Tess and Louh, who lived in Indonesia for 20 years. You may well meet one of them at your table. The sate ayam is still the fast seller, and the bakmi goreng is made with noodles cut in-house daily. It has three function rooms for parties.
