Ticket prices

SPOT.ph reported in August that tickets "start at P300 and can go up to P5,800, depending on the show schedule and seating tier". The price depends on both your section and the show you pick, so the same seat can cost a different amount on a different day.

We could not open Ticketmaster's event page to read the full price list section by section (checked 6 November 2026). Check it there before you buy.

In October, the organisers announced that new premium seats had opened for all shows at the arena. Those came after SPOT.ph's report, so the top price may have changed.

How to buy

Tickets are on ticketmaster.ph. The organisers' release says to log in or create a Ticketmaster account, open the Disney On Ice event page, and choose Manila to see the seats and prices.

Two things to watch:

• Pick Manila, not Cebu. Ticketmaster sells both runs, and Disney On Ice's site links each city to its own Ticketmaster page. The show plays SM Seaside Arena in Cebu first, from 28 November to 6 December.
• No refunds or exchanges. Disney On Ice's FAQ says that because tickets are "a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations." The exception is a show that is postponed or cancelled. Check the date and time before you pay.

Metrobank is the show's official bank partner.

What is in the show

Speed.ph listed the scenes from Wish, Frozen 2, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and Moana:

• Wish: Asha, Valentino, Star and King Magnifico in the Kingdom of Rosas
• Frozen 2: Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf in Arendelle and the Enchanted Forest
• The Lion King: Simba, Nala, Timon, Pumbaa and Scar in the Pride Lands
• The Little Mermaid: Ariel and Sebastian under the sea
• Moana: Moana and Maui on the way to save Motunui, with Tamatoa

The organisers' October release adds Prince Eric with Ariel, and says Stitch "grabs the spotlight for the very first time." The show mixes figure skating with acrobatics and special effects, and SPOT.ph says audiences are encouraged to sing along during the performance.

The holiday sing-along

The organisers call it a Philippine-exclusive Holiday Sing-Along with Goofy and Donald, and say it is "included with all show tickets." SPOT.ph described it as a pre-show event. Arrive early so you do not miss it. The time it starts before each show is not announced yet (checked 6 November 2026).

Rules worth knowing before you go

These are from Disney On Ice's FAQ:

• Costumes: children under 14 may come dressed as their favourite character. Costumes are not allowed for guests 14 and older. Capes cannot go below the waist, costumes cannot drag on the ground, and no prop that looks like a weapon.
• Cameras: non-professional cameras for personal use are fine. Video cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, flash and professional cameras are not allowed, and the FAQ says posting footage of the show on social media is not a permitted personal use.
• Effects: some shows use glitter, confetti, bubbles, theatrical fog and strobe lights. You can bring your own hearing protection.
• Bags: the show follows the venue's rules, so check SM Mall of Asia Arena's policy.

Getting there, and eating first

The arena is at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay. Our guide to concerts at the MOA Arena covers gates, bags and getting home, and where to eat before a show at MOA Arena covers food. December weekends at MOA are busy, so leave more time than usual.
