The best late-night food in Manila is in two places: Poblacion in Makati, where Filling Station never closes and kitchens like Thai-Noy and Nolita Joe's run to 3am, and Bonifacio Global City (BGC), where Recovery Food and the Food Hall at Five/NEO serve 24 hours a day. If you want a proper sit-down dinner after 11pm, Poblacion has the most choice, especially on Friday and Saturday.

Updated October 2026.

This guide covers places that keep their kitchens open past 11pm, with closing times checked against the restaurant's own pages or 2026 listings. We note which are 24 hours. For drinks after dinner, see our nightlife hub and the rise of Manila's listening bars. For earlier dinners, start with where Manila eats well now.

Open 24 hours in BGC

Recovery Food The BGC standby for Filipino rice meals at any hour, on 32nd Street. Sisig, adobo and lechon kawali (crisp fried pork belly) come in hearty, no-frills portions at fair prices, and halo-halo is there for dessert. BGC, open 24 hours daily. Good to know: it takes cards, which is not true of every late counter.

Food Hall by Five/NEO A ground-floor food hall at Five/NEO on 31st Street run by CloudEats, the delivery kitchen company, and built to stay open around the clock. Six of its brands sit under one roof, including Burger Beast, Chicken NamNam, Rice and Shine for Filipino silog breakfasts (garlic rice, egg and a meat) and 24/7 Super Healthy for lighter bowls. You can add dishes from several brands and pay once, which helps when a group cannot agree. BGC, open 24 hours. Tip: also on GrabFood and foodpanda if you would rather eat at home.

Kanto Freestyle Breakfast All-day breakfast at the Avida Towers Cityflex branch on Lane T: pancakes, waffles and French toast alongside Filipino rice plates with meat. It is simple and filling, the kind of place you go at 4am when everything else is shut. BGC, open 24 hours. Tip: this branch is listed as cash only, so bring pesos.

Open 24 hours in Poblacion and Makati

Filling Station Bar & Cafe A 1950s-style American diner at 5012 P. Burgos Street that has run 24 hours a day, every day, since 1989. The menu mixes American, Filipino, Spanish, Italian and Mexican plates, with breakfast served all day, plus burgers and milkshakes. It is one of the few places in Makati where breakfast at 3am is completely normal. Poblacion, ₱₱, open 24 hours daily. Good to know: P. Burgos is a busy late-night strip, so book your car pick-up for the diner's door.

Ziggurat Cuisine A Poblacion original since 2001, cooking Indian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and African dishes on the ground floor of Sunette Tower. Curries, kebabs and stews suit a late meal better than most bar food. Poblacion. Monday to Friday 8:30am to midnight; open 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Tip: on weeknights it closes at midnight, so go on a weekend for a 2am curry.

Sit-down dinners until 2am or 3am

Thai-Noy Cuisine A long-running Thai kitchen on P. Burgos with a green, plant-filled room, a full bar and live bands or DJs at weekends. The menu runs from Thai standards to fusion plates, and the kitchen stays open until 3am every day, which makes it one of the easiest places in Makati for a real dinner after midnight. Poblacion, ₱₱, daily 11am to 3am. Tip: weekend nights are loud once the music starts, so go before 10pm or after 1am if you want to talk.

Nolita Joe's New York-style pizza in big 21-inch pies with craft beer, on Don Pedro Street, in a laid-back room with karaoke, video games and sports on screen. It is an easy stop between Poblacion bars, and on Friday and Saturday it stays open almost until sunrise. Poblacion. 11am to 3am Monday to Thursday; 11am to 5am Friday and Saturday. Good to know: a whole pie is large, so it works best for a group.

Nihonbashitei A Japanese restaurant on Arnaiz Avenue (Pasay Road), a short drive from Greenbelt, open until 2am every day. The menu is long and mostly sushi and Japanese standards at moderate prices, with a few plant-based options such as cold soba, onigiri and tofu salad, which is rare at this hour. Makati, daily 11am to 2am. Tip: one of the best late options in central Makati if you do not want to go into Poblacion.

Dr. Wine BGC The BGC branch of the French wine bar and restaurant, on Forbestown Road. Charcuterie boards, steak and French classics are served from 7am until 2am, with a long wine list by the glass. BGC, ₱₱₱, daily 7am to 2am. Good to know: it gets louder with a DJ or band late at night, so book earlier in the evening if you want a calm dinner. Paid parking runs along Forbestown Road.

Late on Friday and Saturday

Super Uncle Claypot Cantonese claypot rice cooked to order on Enriquez Street, so the rice forms a crisp crust at the bottom, finished with a sweet soy sauce at the table. It is Michelin Selected for 2026. Order the spareribs with sausage or the chicken and mushroom, with dim sum while you wait. Poblacion, ₱₱, Sunday to Thursday 11am to midnight, to 2am on Friday and Saturday. Tip: each pot takes 20 to 30 minutes, so order as soon as you sit down.

Japonesa Japanese-Peruvian cooking under chef Luis Higa on Don Pedro Street corner Jacobo: sushi and yakitori next to ceviche, plus a cocktail list taken as seriously as the food. It is one of the more polished rooms in Poblacion, and it suits a group dinner that turns into drinks. Poblacion, ₱₱₱, Sunday to Thursday 5pm to midnight; Friday and Saturday 5pm to 2am. Tip: it opens at 5pm, so it also works as an early dinner before the street gets loud.

For more ideas in the same streets, see our Poblacion neighbourhood page and the BGC page.

Before you go

  • Check hours on the day. Late kitchens change hours for holidays and private events, and the kitchen often closes 30 minutes or so before the doors. Ask about last orders when you arrive.
  • Late traffic is light. Roads like EDSA, Kalayaan Avenue and McKinley Road that crawl at 7pm move quickly after 11pm, so BGC and Poblacion are a short ride apart. Ride-hailing fares can rise when the bars empty around 2am, so book early or wait 15 minutes.
  • Bring cash as backup. Most sit-down restaurants take cards, but smaller 24-hour counters may not (Kanto Freestyle in BGC is listed as cash only), and card machines can go down late at night.
  • Weekends are busiest. Poblacion fills from 10pm on Friday and Saturday. For a quieter meal, aim for Sunday to Thursday.
  • Holidays. During long weekends, such as Undas (All Saints' and All Souls' Day) at the start of November, some places shorten hours. Our Undas planning guide covers the weekend.
