Bring cash and a bag you can carry, because the food producers sell out of their best lines early and the smaller stallholders do not always take cards. Weekday mornings are the calmest; the final weekend is when the crowds and the markdowns both arrive.

About this event

The longest running provincial trade fair in Metro Manila turns forty and returns to SM Aura for six days. Negros sends its food producers north in force, which means muscovado sugar, artisan chocolate, piaya, organic produce, preserves and Bacolod sweets sold directly by the people who make them. The 2026 theme, Butlak, refers to first light, and the identity was developed with the Design Center of the Philippines. Food shares the floor with furniture, fashion and crafts, so treat it as a full afternoon rather than a quick stop.
