Updated October 2026.
Every place below was checked as open this month on its own page, its MICHELIN Guide entry or recent press. Prices are as the restaurant or the press prints them; where we could not find a printed price, we leave it out. One note before you search: Hálong on Gamboa Street in Makati is a Bib Gourmand that often turns up in lists of Vietnamese restaurants, but its chef, Cara Davis, cooks Asian and Mexican food, and the name is an Ilonggo word for care. It is worth a visit, just not for pho. For the full list of Bib Gourmand picks, see Manila's Bib Gourmand restaurants, by area.
